1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Sourcer’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Sourcer acts as a sourcing facilitator, connecting clients with vetted suppliers and coordinating procurement, quality control, and logistics. We do not manufacture products ourselves and are not a party to the final supply contract unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate specifications, timely feedback, and compliance with all applicable import/export laws for their jurisdiction.

4. Fees & Payment

Service fees, commissions, or retainers will be agreed in writing prior to the start of any sourcing engagement. Payment terms are specified in the applicable service agreement or quote.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we vet suppliers to a high standard, Sourcer is not liable for supplier performance, product defects, shipping delays, or losses arising from third-party actions beyond our reasonable control.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep commercially sensitive information — pricing, specifications, supplier details — confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice, subject to settlement of any fees due for work already completed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sourcer is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
